Cabernet Franc, for finesse and vivacity, is represented by Pierre-Abel Maroun.

Antonio Spiga

Sauvignon Blanc, for elegance and aromatic strength, comes in the form of Martin Schofield.
Malbec for softness and colour comes in the shape of Antonio Spiga.
   
Merlot for colour, roundness and fruit is represented by Nicolas Davaine.
